Clear expectations make for calm appointments. Please read before booking. Reaching out to book means you've read and agreed to the below.
Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of service, payable by card, Zelle, or cash. Bridal bookings additionally require a signed bridal agreement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens. With 48 hours' notice, your deposit transfers to one rescheduled date within 60 days. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit. Bridal cancellations are governed by the bridal agreement.
Late Arrivals
Appointments include a 15-minute grace period. After that, the look may need to be simplified to fit the remaining time, and after 30 minutes the appointment is considered a no-show with the deposit forfeited. On-location clients: please be washed, moisturized, and ready at your scheduled time.
Travel Radius & Fees
On-location service within 15 miles of Fort Lauderdale is included. Beyond that, travel is billed at a flat rate quoted at booking. Early call times before 7:00 AM incur an early-start fee. Parking, valet, and venue fees are the client's responsibility.
Hygiene Standards
Your safety is non-negotiable. All brushes and tools are washed and sanitized between every client, products are decanted with disposable applicators, and lashes are always brand new. Shirley reserves the right to decline service for active skin or eye infections; your deposit will transfer to a new date.
Photography & Portfolio
Shirley may photograph finished looks for portfolio and social media use. If you'd prefer your look stay private, just say the word. No questions, no awkwardness.
